Toyger

Toyger cats are a designer breed created to resemble miniature tigers while maintaining the loving personality of a domestic companion. They are admired for their striking striped coats, muscular bodies, and graceful tiger-like movements. Weighing between 7–15 lbs (3–6.8 kg), Toygers are intelligent, affectionate, and playful cats that adapt well to active households.

Appearance & Coat

• Signature Tiger Stripes:
  Toygers feature bold, dark vertical stripes known as “broken” or branched mackerel tabby markings across a bright orange-brown background, creating their miniature tiger appearance.
• Wild-Looking Markings:
  Unlike ordinary tabby cats, Toygers have unique circular facial striping and coats that may display a beautiful shimmering effect known as “gold glitter.”
• Tiger-Like Features:
  They have small rounded ears, wide noses, deeply set eyes, and dark outlines around the eyes that enhance their resemblance to wild cats.
• Athletic Body:
  Toygers have a muscular, low-slung build with a distinctive rolling gait inspired by the movement of big cats.

  Despite their wild appearance, Toygers are gentle, friendly cats that enjoy affection and often love relaxing with their owners.

• Lifespan:
